The Chara Foundation invites you to salute ten years of courage in Afghanistan.
The return of 3 Commando Brigade Royal Marines from Operation HERRICK 14 this October will mark ten years of Commando service in Afghanistan.
To commemorate this event, the Chara Foundation has planned an unforgettable evening that will follow a traditional Regimental Dinner format with music from the Royal Marines Band Service, cuisine created by award winning Royal Marine chefs and speeches from recently returned combat veterans.
The Commando Dinner will be held on Wednesday, 9 November 2011, at the Banqueting House, one of London’s premier event venues. Situated on Whitehall it is ideally located close to the West End and central London hotels, it will provide a perfect backdrop for the Commando Dinner.
